You can download it from the Windows Store. Just search for Asparion Cowbell.
With how many fingers can I play the instrument?
Theoretically with all your 10 fingers but many touch devices only support 2 fingers at the same time.
What input devices can I use?
You can use Touch, Pen, Mouse and Keyboard.
What keys can I use on my keyboard?
You can use the following keys to play the Cowbell:
[A] - [L] different pitches
[Space] [Strg] [Alt Gr] ground tone
